Bio —
I’m an industrial designer who just graduated from Emily Carr University of Art + Design in spring 2024. Inspired by the outdoors, I bring play-informed design to life, creating designs that look beyond functionality, to also resonate emotionally with individuals. Empathy is at the core of my design philosophy. I value the connections I make with people and believe that understanding their stories is essential to crafting meaningful designs. I've been commended for my ability to connect with others, viewing it as one of my strongest assets that I bring into my design practice. When I’m not making shapes in the studio, you’ll find me making shapes on my bike, board, or in the garden.

2. Platform Project



This project was sponsored by Kalesnikoff Lumber and Droplet Trailer In collaboration with my classmates, Dena Smith, and Sam McInnis

 
        The client wanted a semi-permanent platform to be located on their property in Lilloet. We were to equip the platform with furniture, a kitchen, and an outdoor shower. After establishing the layout and design language, we subdivided into a group of three people to create the furniture. This is our flexible dining set, featuring four removable lounge chairs to enjoy fireside or to be taken into nature.
